We are seeking a bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our physician-led outpatient practice. The right candidate combines strong clinical judgment with warm, unhurried communication.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients, document findings, and develop appropriate care plans within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with the supervising physician and clinical team.
- Explain diagnoses, medications, testing, and follow-up in clear English and Spanish.
- Maintain complete, timely, and accurate medical records.
- Support a safe, respectful, and efficient patient experience.
What We're Looking For
- Active New Jersey NP or PA license in good standing.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Current prescribing credentials and certifications appropriate to the role.
- Outpatient, primary care, internal medicine, or related experience preferred.
- Strong documentation, communication, and follow-through.
