We are looking for a Clinical Scribe with excellent listening, medical terminology, and documentation skills.
What You'll Do
- Document visit histories, exams, assessments, and plans under clinician direction.
- Keep notes accurate, organized, and ready for clinician review.
- Track orders and follow-up items as directed.
- Protect confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
- Adapt to clinician workflows while maintaining professional boundaries.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
- Fast, accurate typing and careful listening.
- Pre-health, scribe, or outpatient experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
